מיזם Collective Impact, השותפות לקידום תעסוקה בחברה הערבית מתמקד בפריצת דרך בשיעור ההעסקה ואיכות ההעסקה של החברה הערבית בישראל. זוהי שותפות בין מגזרית שמטרתה ליצור תשתית בת קיימא המושתת על מחויבות ארוכת טווח.
האתגר איתור פרקטיקות מיטביות בעבודה מול החברות המסחריות לשילוב מיטבי של עובדים מהחברה הערבית. כיצד מגדירים מהי פרקטיקה מיטבית? איך מאתרים אותה? והאתגר הגדול ביותר הוא כיצד הופכים ידע סמוי של איש צוות אחד לידע של הצוות כולו?
המטרה שימוש חוזר בידע מעשי שנוצר תוך כדי עשייה בשטח- למצות את נכסי הידע שנוצרו בארגון ולשכפל אותם על מנת להשיג את המטרות של העמותה בצורה המיטבית.
הדרך לרוב כאשר רוצים לאתר פרקטיקות מיטביות פונים לעובדים בארגון ומנסים למפות מולם מה עובד ומה לא. בפרויקט הזה, במקביל לפעילות האיתור מול העובדים, נעשתה פעילות למול אנשי המפתח בחברות עצמן. כלומר, איתור פרקטיקות מיטביות דרך העיניים של הלקוחות.

בשלב הבא התבצע תהליך עיבוד והמשגה של הידע הסמוי שזה עתה הועלה על הכתב. הטמעה של פרקטיקות מיטביות מוגדרת כהצלחה, כאשר עובדים נוספים מסוגלים להבין את הפרקטיקה ואת האופן שבו ניתן ליישם אותה (הפנמה) ולהפוך אותה לשיטת עבודה. על מנת לאפשר נגישות למידע ושימוש חוזר בו הוקמה מערכת לניהול מסמכים ומידע שעבורה גובשה שפה ארגונית אחידה שתאפשר קטלוג ואחזור של המידע. נבחרה מערכת Sharepoint 365 כפלטפורמה המתאימה לניהול מסמכים שיטתי וסדור ובוצעה הדרכה והטמעה של העבודה במערכת בשגרת העבודה.
